We Guarantee Customer Satisfaction
With more than 13 years in the medical field, we have acquainted all the necessary experiences required to deliver one of the top after sales services on the island. We not only make it a must to intervene within hours after receiving a request for repair, but we also make sure we are equipped to deliver the level of technical support needed.
Our after-sales team is dedicated to accompany our customers right at the start of any new project through precise advice not only on the right equipment needed but also in terms of building space, pre-installation requirement, safety measures and room environmental condition.
We are quite flexible in regard to our terms and condition of sales; to make the customer feel comfortable and safe, we do offer free of charge after sales service maintenance during the warranty period for our loyal but also frequent customers on some important equipment.
On the other hand, investigation on faulty equipment is always free of charge. The customer pays only for repair, maintenance and spare parts after that they have agreed with our quotation.
To conclude, we have also invested is specialized test tools like ECG Simulator, Patient Simulator, Defibrillator Tester, Safety Cabinet Test tools and X Ray Dose meter together with a Radiation Meter. It is a guarantee of the quality of service we are providing.
